We design against how the work already happens — on a cheap phone, one-handed, in the sun, on a network that comes and goes. Not against how an office would prefer it were recorded.

Our products speak the words already spoken on site. Nobody should have to learn accounting vocabulary before they can finish a day of work.

We would rather ship a small number of tools that fully replace a register than one platform that half-replaces ten of them.
