What it keeps track of
Attendance
Mark each worker P, ½P or A for the day, and add overtime in hours on the rare day there is any. Workers and salaried employees have separate lists, and you can filter by trade when a list gets long.
Staff clock-in
Office and salaried staff clock in and out from their own phones, at their site, at an office, or anywhere for people who move between sites. The location is saved with each tap, and if you draw a boundary around a site or office, a clock-in from outside it is refused. Nothing tracks anyone in the background.
Leave, holidays and salary
Staff ask for leave in the app, against a yearly quota you set, and you approve it. India's public holidays are suggested for your holiday list. At the end of the month the salary is worked out from the register: settle the days nobody marked, finalise, and each person gets a statement.
Wages and payments
Daily wages add up from attendance and each worker's rate. Record advances, wages, bonuses and reimbursements as you hand them over, and every balance stays up to date.
Materials, vendors and subcontractors
Log material purchases against a site. Keep a vendor's GSTIN and bills with their account, and give each subcontractor one ledger across every job they do for you.
Client bills and site profit
Raise bills to clients with GST, TDS and retention worked out. The profit and loss screen shows what each site has brought in next to what it has cost, month by month, with office salaries kept on their own line. On Pro, you can also ask AI for suggestions on a site, worked out from that site's own figures.
Your team
Add managers, site supervisors and staff to your business, each on their own login. Supervisors only see the sites you assign them, and every permission is a tick box, so you choose exactly what each person can see and do.
