We build for an industry that software mostly skipped.
Indian construction moves an enormous amount of money through paper. A register for attendance, a diary for advances, a WhatsApp group for material bills, and a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every month. It works — until it doesn't, and then nobody can say where the money went.
Geolatris exists to replace those artefacts one at a time, with software that respects how the work actually happens: on a phone, on site, often without a signal, in Hindi.

We start from a real workflow
KhataKro began as a hajari register and grew outward into wages, materials, vendors and site profit — because that is the order in which a contractor actually runs into each problem. Not because a competitor had those tabs.
We'd rather ship one good product than five thin ones
There are two products on this site, and the second one exists because the first could not honestly stretch to cover multi-company projects. When something needs a different data model and a different buyer, it needs to be a different product.
Your data is your data
We sell software, not attention and not data. Records stay exportable, accounts stay deletable, and each product's database stays separate from the others'.
